Squash Tigers Seeks Squash Professionals
Multiple Coaching Opportunities | Full-Time & Part-Time | Mid-Atlantic & Northeast
黑料不打烊 Squash Tigers
Squash Tigers is a growing junior squash academy with established programs in Princeton, New Jersey; Exton, Pennsylvania; and Hartford, Connecticut.
Founded in 2022, Squash Tigers has grown from a single location into a multi-site organization delivering year-round junior development, private coaching, squads, camps and tournament support.
We work with players from young beginners taking their first steps in the sport through to nationally competitive juniors preparing for college squash.
With established programs across three states, we are continuing to develop our existing locations while exploring opportunities in new geographic markets across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
We are now recruiting for multiple coaching positions and are interested in hearing from ambitious squash professionals who want to become part of a growing organization.
The Opportunity
Our coaches are at the center of what we do.
We have opportunities for full-time coaches, part-time coaches and player-coaches, and roles can be structured around the right individual.
Depending on experience, playing background, availability and location, opportunities may include junior academy coaching, private lessons, tournament coaching, camps, adult programming and responsibility for developing new programs.
For full-time professionals, there is the opportunity to build a long-term career with Squash Tigers and progress into senior coaching and leadership positions as the organization grows.
For part-time coaches and player-coaches, we can offer opportunities ranging from regular weekly coaching hours to private lessons, camps and tournament coaching, depending on availability and experience.
What We’re Looking For
We want coaches who bring energy to the court, connect well with young players and families, and take pride in helping players improve.
Candidates should have:
- A strong squash playing and/or coaching background
- A genuine interest in developing junior players
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, reliable and team-oriented approach
- The ability to work independently and take responsibility
- An interest in continuing to develop as a coach
We welcome applications from experienced professionals, former collegiate and professional players, emerging coaches and player-coaches.
What We Offer
Squash Tigers offers competitive compensation with opportunities varying according to the position, experience and level of commitment.
Depending on the role, this may include:
- Competitive base compensation for full-time positions
- Attractive private lesson earning opportunities
- Health benefits for eligible full-time positions
- Tournament and camp coaching opportunities
- Professional development
- Opportunities to progress into senior coaching and leadership roles
- Opportunities to help develop new programs and locations as Squash Tigers grows
Whether you are looking to build a full-time career in squash, add meaningful coaching hours alongside another role, or combine competitive playing with coaching, we are interested in hearing from you.
