In accordance with the Association By-laws, ARTICLE IV, Section 1, the Association hosts an Annual Meeting of the Members. This year the meeting will be held via Zoom, Wednesday, June 24, beginning at 5pm ET. ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ members will be sent a Zoom link 24 hours before the meeting.
The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect any Directors duly nominated by the Board upon recommendation by the Nominating and Governance Committee to fill upcoming vacancies on the Board, as well as to consider any other business brought before the membership in accordance with the By-laws.
During the meeting, an update on the state of the organization will be given to the members and ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s leadership will be available for a question and answer session.
