In accordance with the Association By-laws, ARTICLE IV, Section 1, the Association hosts an Annual Meeting of the Members. This year the meeting will be held via Zoom, Friday, June 14, beginning at 5pm ET.
The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect any Directors duly nominated by the Board upon recommendation by the Nominating and Governance Committee to fill upcoming vacancies on the Board, as well as to consider any other business brought before the membership in accordance with the By-laws. ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ members were sent proxy voting ballots on Monday, June 10, and have 48 hours to complete proxy voting.
During the meeting, an update on the state of the organization will be given to the members and ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s leadership will be available for a question and answer session.
The meeting will also feature a special panel discussion focused on LA28 Olympic Games and the U.S. Squash Foundation.
